Managing Your Subscription
View your current plan
Section titled “View your current plan”Go to Billing in the left sidebar. You’ll see:
- Your current plan name
- Subscription status (active, trialing, canceled)
- Current billing period end date
Upgrade your plan
Section titled “Upgrade your plan”- Go to Billing
- Click Upgrade Plan
- Select the plan you want
- Choose monthly or annual billing
- Complete checkout via Stripe
Annual billing saves roughly 20% compared to monthly.
Manage your subscription
Section titled “Manage your subscription”Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe customer portal where you can:
- Update your payment method (credit card)
- Switch between monthly and annual billing
- View and download invoices
- Cancel your subscription
Cancel your subscription
Section titled “Cancel your subscription”- Go to Billing > Manage Billing
- Click Cancel plan in the Stripe portal
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
- After that, your organization reverts to the Free plan
Your data is not deleted when you cancel — your projects and records remain but become inaccessible until you resubscribe.
Payment failures
Section titled “Payment failures”If a payment fails, you will receive an email notification. Stripe will retry the charge automatically over several days. Update your payment method in the Stripe portal to resolve the issue.
Who can manage billing?
Section titled “Who can manage billing?”Only organization owners and admins can access billing settings. Regular members cannot view or change the subscription.
