Team Management
FieldFlow supports team collaboration. Multiple people can manage projects, configure layouts, and run syncs within the same organization.
Invite a team member
Section titled “Invite a team member”- Go to Team in the left sidebar
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email address
- Select a role
- Click Send Invite
The invited person receives an email with a link to join. They’ll create a FieldFlow account (or sign in if they already have one) and be added to your organization.

| Owner | Everything — billing, team management, all project settings |
| Admin | Everything except transferring ownership |
| Editor | Create and edit projects, run syncs, configure layouts |
| Viewer | View projects and settings (read-only) |
Each organization has exactly one owner. The owner can promote other members to admin.
Remove a team member
Section titled “Remove a team member”- Go to Team
- Find the member
- Click Remove
Removing a member revokes their access immediately. Their personal account remains active — they just lose access to your organization’s projects.
Multiple organizations
Section titled “Multiple organizations”A person can be a member of multiple organizations. Each organization has its own projects, billing, and team. Switch between organizations using the organization selector in the sidebar.
