| Every 12 hours | Directories updated once or twice daily |
| Every 24 hours | Directories updated daily or less |

How it works
Section titled “How it works”- FieldFlow checks the time since your last successful sync
- When the interval has elapsed, it automatically queues a sync job
- The sync runs in the background on the FieldFlow worker
- If the sync fails, it retries up to 3 times
- You’ll receive an email notification if all retries fail (if email notifications are enabled)
Requirements
Section titled “Requirements”Automatic sync requires:
- A connected Google account
- A valid project with at least one successful manual sync
Monitoring
Section titled “Monitoring”Check the Sync tab anytime to see:
- When the next automatic sync is scheduled
- History of recent automatic syncs (marked as “Scheduled” type)
- Any failures or warnings
Email notifications
Section titled “Email notifications”In Account Settings > Notifications, you can enable:
- Sync failure alerts — get emailed when a sync fails after all retries
- These are per-user, not per-project
Automatic sync is available on all paid plans. The sync interval options are the same across all plans.
