Sync History
The Sync tab shows a history of all syncs for your project — both manual and automatic.
Reading the sync log
Section titled “Reading the sync log”Each entry shows:

|---|---|
| Time | When the sync started and completed |
| Status | Completed, Failed, Processing, or Queued |
| Type | Manual (you clicked Sync Now) or Scheduled (automatic) |
| Records | Total processed, with breakdown of created/updated/deleted |
| Warnings | Row limit reached, missing fields, or other notes |
Status meanings
Section titled “Status meanings”| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Completed | Sync finished successfully |
| Processing | Sync is currently running |
| Queued | Sync is waiting to run (another sync may be in progress) |
| Failed | Sync encountered an error |
Troubleshooting failed syncs
Section titled “Troubleshooting failed syncs””Google authentication expired”
Section titled “”Google authentication expired””Your Google connection needs to be refreshed. Go to the Overview tab, disconnect, and reconnect your Google account.
”Sheet not found”
Section titled “”Sheet not found””The Google Sheet ID in your project settings may be wrong, or the sheet was deleted/moved. Verify the Sheet ID and worksheet name.
”Row limit exceeded”
Section titled “”Row limit exceeded””Your plan has a maximum number of rows. The sync processed up to your limit and stopped. Upgrade your plan or reduce rows in your spreadsheet.
”Rate limit exceeded”
Section titled “”Rate limit exceeded””Too many syncs in a short period. Wait a few minutes and try again.
General failures
Section titled “General failures”Check that:
- Your Google account is still connected
- The spreadsheet still exists and is accessible
- The worksheet name matches a tab in the spreadsheet
- Your internet connection is stable
Sync log retention
Section titled “Sync log retention”FieldFlow keeps the 10 most recent sync entries per project. Older entries are automatically removed.
