Sync History

The Sync tab shows a history of all syncs for your project — both manual and automatic.

Each entry shows:

RecordsTotal processed, with breakdown of created/updated/deleted

CompletedSync finished successfully
ProcessingSync is currently running
QueuedSync is waiting to run (another sync may be in progress)
FailedSync encountered an error

Your Google connection needs to be refreshed. Go to the Overview tab, disconnect, and reconnect your Google account.

The Google Sheet ID in your project settings may be wrong, or the sheet was deleted/moved. Verify the Sheet ID and worksheet name.

Your plan has a maximum number of rows. The sync processed up to your limit and stopped. Upgrade your plan or reduce rows in your spreadsheet.

Too many syncs in a short period. Wait a few minutes and try again.

Check that:

  • Your Google account is still connected
  • The spreadsheet still exists and is accessible
  • The worksheet name matches a tab in the spreadsheet
  • Your internet connection is stable

FieldFlow keeps the 10 most recent sync entries per project. Older entries are automatically removed.
